Location, day and time of meetings: LuBya hall Manchester Place, Thursdays, 10:00am to 11:00am.

A brief description of a typical meeting: The session begins with 2 or 3 warm up items that are set to music and are repeated frequently. The leader stands in front calling the moves as they are mirrored by the group.

This is then followed by further items that will concentrate on certain body parts in readiness for the main item that is taught in small pieces building up to a whole.
The session winds down with further exercise routines that have previously been learned, some including groups or the use of a chair.
From time to time information is given on how to increase general body management i.e. how to get up from the floor or how to cross a stile safely.
The whole session is conducted in a light hearted way but with encouragement to extend their movement and aerobic capacity. There is also opportunity to chat and to make new friends.
